Delivery & Installation

Healthline owns the largest company-owned trucking fleet in the remanufactured fitness equipment industry, which allows us to deliver our remanufactured fitness equipment around the continental United States and save you hundreds of dollars on shipping costs.

If requested by the customer, Healthline offers delivery and installation for all our fitness and gym equipment. Our products are carefully blanket wrapped and secured on our trucks. By using our own trucks and professional drivers, Healthline is able to minimize any possible damage to the equipment.

Our drivers and installers undergo extensive product training to ensure timely delivery and an easy installation process for you.

International Delivery

Healthline has shipped our fitness equipment to over 80 countries around the world. We utilize high-strength, custom-made shipping cartons for equipment to ensure that your product is protected from damage while in transit.

Healthline partners with several international ocean and air carries, giving you access to a variety of shipping options. Because of the high volume of international shipping, we can typically generate more economical shipping solutions for our international clients.

Our export specialists can assist your customs broker with export documentation, certificates of origin,commercial invoices and other export-related paperwork.

Warranty

Not only does Healthline remanufacture the best fitness equipment in the industry, we also off the best warranty in the industry.

Healthline offers a 1-year warranty on mechanical, electrical and electronic components and a 90-day warranty on labor for our entire inventory of cardio equipment. All defective electrical and electronic parts, including motors, alternators, display boards, motor control boards, ACBs, printed circuit boards and power supplies, must be returned for warranty credit.

Healthline also matches the original equipment manufacturer’s warranty on all strength equipment.
