Healthline, Inc. was established in 1990, making it the first company in the industry to remanufacture high-quality fitness and gym equipment. The equipment receives new belts, parts and components and is built to the same level of quality as if it came directly from the manufacturer. As a result of our rigorous remanufacturing process, our equipment looks better and operates better than the competition.

We don’t simply refurbish fitness equipment; we break down the fitness equipment to its frame and remanufacture it to a like-new condition. Often times selling it at a price that is less than half the original price.

Our mission has always been to provide our customers with top-of-the-line, brand-name fitness and gym equipment that is durable enough to withstand the intense use it endures in a commercial fitness center environment.

How Do We Do It?

Since 1990, Healthline’s sole purpose has been to remanufacture commercial fitness and gym equipment and resell it to our customers. This process allows us to provide our customers with top-of-the-line fitness equipment that is like-new at the “refurbished fitness equipment” price.

Healthline has a 300,000 square-foot remanufacturing facility, which houses tools and equipment that we use to bring the gym and fitness equipment back to a like-new condition. We also operate a private trucking company to ensure proper delivery and installation.
